Hi, I’m Rebecca, if you feel overwhelmed, exhausted from trying to keep it together, or have a complicated relationship with your family of origin, you’re not alone.

My approach

I offer a warm and accepting therapy space where you can explore your issues without judgment.

I work integratively and promote trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and neurodivergence affirming practice.

I am an experienced British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered psychotherapist.

I welcome working with a diverse range of life experiences.

Concessions are available to those who are unemployed or on lower incomes.
